Ted,
The presentation support services from Litigation-Tech (Gary Puls) were "state of the art" and had the court staff standing in amazement
with their mouths wide open. (This is no exaggeration, believe me.)" I know that it sounds like we're blowing smoke in your ear, but I firmly believe that "but for" the video element of the presentation of evidence,
the jury would not and could not have reached the decision they did. The tool is - henceforth - a "must" have for any client that has the budget for it.
As for Puls, I can not imagine a better fit of personality, temperament and skills. This was a "team effort" and Gary became an integral part of the "team"
from the very first moment. His "extra mile" work in working with us preparing the closing argument PowerPoint presentation was a gift from the heavens.
We have NO hesitation in recommending Litigation-Tech, and will preach like the converted.
