When should you contact us?

It is generally a good idea for us to get involved in trial preparations at least two months away from trial (although we can work with "last-minute" engagements if necessary). In some more complex matters, we might get involved even sooner, assisting with categorizing, scanning and assigning a logical Bates numbering system to the document collection. There is no charge for an initial consultation, during which we will typically offer a brief demo of TrialDirector and its capabilities for evidence management and display, and how we can help in your trial. We can help present your case in Settlement Conferences, Mediations, Markman Hearings, etc.

What does Litigation-Tech offer?

We offer a wide range of litigation support services, including document scanning, video editing, trial presentation and courtroom equipment rentals. With only one call, you can rest assured that you are in competent, experienced hands for all of your trial prep and presentation needs.

How much does it cost?

We would be happy to send you our current rate sheet upon request. You will find our rates very competitive. We will also prepare and submit a detailed quote for your trial, based on the length of the trial, evidence involved, etc. This will enable you to make an apples-to-apples comparison. We do not charge overtime.

However, be advised that there are many new players having little or no actual trial experience, often coming from videography and graphics backgrounds. Even many of the larger companies assign under-qualified staff or trainees to your trial team.
